Cannot believe this girl is three. Time has flown by. I’m sad to say goodbye to two, but I know three has a lot of fun to bring too!
Here is what my gal has been up to lately!
Most notably she became a big sister in March and has taken to that role amazingly! She loves Ivy like crazy and did right from the start. She was always willing to help when Ivy was little, and now she is Ivy’s best playmate! We of course have to say, “give that back” or, “be gentle” often, but most of the time she is an angel with her sister!
Nora and Collin went to their first daddy-daughter dance in February. She still talks about it!
First fair rides and she was a fan. She rode the teacups and carousel.
Girlfriend is now potty trained! Hallelujah! It only took five months, but we did it!
Nora loves to play outside and would do so in any weather. She loves to go on walks, play at the park, and play in any kind of water!
Still taking a great afternoon nap for an 1.5 to 2 hours.
We spent lots of Saturdays at the Farmer’s Market! Sometimes just the four of us, many times joined by friends.
Nora loves to sing and dance. Like a lot. She has an uncanny knack for remembering song lyrics and she always amazes us with it.
Friends were a highlight of Nora’s year. She loves to see all her buddies at church and has had some great play dates too.
Books are still one of Nora’s favorite things in the entire world. She asks us to read to her all the time. She can often be found quietly looking at books in her room, intently studying each picture.
Nora is an amazing eater still. Her best trait is that she will try anything before she decides if she doesn’t like it. And usually, she does like it!
Nora loves to play pretend of any kind. It always involves dressing up, picking names, and being a mom. Her imagination is amazing!
Nora got her first BIG haircut in year three! Her short do really fits her!
Just look how she’s grown!
