Have you seen the sheet pan fad taking over your Pinterest feed? I was beginning to see a ton of sheet pan meals on mine, and finally decided to try it. I have now made about five different recipes, and they are ALL staying in my dinner rotation! Sheet pan meals are amazing because you cook your entree and sides on the same pan! So, it’s all done at the same time, and you only have one dish to clean! Or none if you wrap your pan in foil! Yep, that’s for real!
One that we have really been loving lately around the Smith household is BBQ Smoked Sausage and Potatoes. So delicious, so easy, and can be switched up a bit to your liking!

| What You Need |
1 lb Smoked Sausage sliced
2 Cups Dutch Mini Potatoes and Mini Red Potatoes halved (have also used broccoli and carrots)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, pepper and garlic salt
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
| What You Do |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil, then spray with cooking oil or spread with olive oil. (You do not have to line with foil, it just makes for easier cleanup)
Put potatoes in a small mixing bowl. Cover with 1 tbsp of oil, salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Mix until potatoes are well covered.
Place potatoes so they are lining the outside of the pan. Leaving a space in the middle for sausage.
Bake potatoes for 15 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, slice sausage and place in a bowl. Mix your favorite BBQ sauce with the sausage.
When potatoes are done remove from oven and place sausage in the middle of the pan.
Bake for 5-7 more minutes, removing pan and covering potatoes in cheddar cheese for the last minute of cook time.
When finished, sprinkle with dried or fresh parsley and devour!
